Base Rental Rates - (Rates do not include G.E., T.A. & M.T.A. Taxes)

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 ADULTS
1-2 people $800
3-4 people $900
5-6 people $1,000

Additional Fees & Policies

• Children up to 2 years no charge
• Out cleaning fee: $650.00 + tax
• All school and national Holidays add extra $100 per night
• 3 week minimum stay (Exceptions may be considered, contact us directly)
• Reservations for 2 weeks or longer require weekly or biweekly cleanings by our cleaning staff to be paid by guests.
• Security Deposit: $2,000.00 (Refundable within 30 days after departure and inspection)
