Rental Rates

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 GUESTS - 7 night minimum

1-2 people $500.00 / night
3-4 people $575.00 / night
5-6 people $650.00 / night

Children up to 2 years no charge

Out cleaning fee: $350.00

Holidays add extra $100 per night

Christmas: 2 week minimum stay

NOTE: Reservations for 2 weeks or longer require weekly or biweekly cleanings by our cleaning staff to be paid by guests.

1-2 people $12,000.00
3-4 people $13,500.00
5-6 people $15,000.00

Security Deposit: $1,000.00 (Refundable within 30 days after departure and inspection)
